International Master Degree Program in Intelligent Semiconductor and Green Technology The College of Science and Technology’s program is designed to cultivate interdisciplinary leaders with a global outlook, the capacity to drive technological innovation, and a strong commitment to sustainability. The curriculum is organized around three core pillars—Advanced Semiconductor Technologies and Applications, Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Applications, and Green and Sustainable Technologies and Applications—and integrates the teaching and research resources of the Departments of Computer Science and Information Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, and Applied Materials and Optoelectronic Engineering.
